Stress - The Facts

It is widely recognized that a measure of tension increases energy levels and creativity. This is know as Positive Stress. Our aim is to help to prevent stress becoming Negative i.e. continuous and excessive, as constant adrenal stimulation disrupts the balance of chemicals and hormones. People  often try to conceal stress for various reasons, which in itself increases pressure, contributing to higher health risks. The resulting illnesses include high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, ulcers, depressions, mental breakdowns and cancer. We believe that a balance between a Company's primary goal of profit and growth and the health and well-being of its operatives can indeed provide the ultimate mutually beneficial environment.
